Correctly identifying, defining, prioritizing, and escalating issues with current product quality and reliability reported by regional quality teams and through analysis of global warranty reporting tools.
Actively involved in diagnostics, CPM (Current Product Management) and Platform Teams to develop action plans to drive continuous product improvement to meet warranty targets (interaction with current Product Managers).
Initiate, submit and follow up on approval and monitor all Product Improvement Programs.
Coordinate, prioritize, support and facilitate Early Warning activities.
Prepare and present concise feedback on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), Product Improvement Programs, and points of attention to stakeholders through various meetings and documents.
Create and maintain Quality & Reliability Roadmaps for assigned product lines to achieve product reliability and share visibility.
Assess technical information.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent through experience.
Good interpersonal skills, a team player, independent, and problem-solving.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Language skills: fluent English (both spoken and written).
