What is the function?
• Monitor the perimeter of the accounts for each quarter in coordination with Finance in compliance with the current Policy
• Provide feedback, to counters/bookers for all unclear cases to count/report.
• Verify Reconciliation and system input for preset number of counts and give feedback for corrective actions when required
• Archiving and Maintenance of documentation to support any requests
• Analysis of root causes of differences (100% those above the defined threshold) and coordination with other teams activities necessary to resolve the deviations
What are we looking for in our new employee?
Knowledge of planning, scheduling and inventory control
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Good computer skills ( Excel, Access)
Knowledge of main systems (Click, SAP,CME)
Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Dutch
