Act as technical link between CNH & Raven-teams, dealers & partners
Investigate field issues related to Autoguidance & Precision Farming
Provide answers via ASIST, phone, and in-person support
Deliver local technical trainings and support market needs
Gather feedback from the field and escalate product concerns
Represent After Sales in Product, Launch & Support meetings
Support product improvement initiatives and TIC presentations
Ensure resolution of legal/safety issues and support recalls
Assist in creating Technical Publications based on field experience
Profile:
Degree in Electronic or Agricultural Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Hands-on experience with agricultural machinery and electronics
Logical and structured problem-solving approach
Autonomous, flexible, and able to travel internationally
Team player with a proactive and solution-driven mindset
Familiar with Guidance & Precision Farming applications
Skills:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Advanced problem-solving in electronics and software
Solid understanding of agricultural machinery systems
Skilled in electronics, software, and Microsoft tools
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Comfortable in international, multicultural environments
Capable of analyzing technical issues and providing feedback
Clear and concise technical reporting and documentation
Fluent in English + at least two other European languages

At the CNH site in Zedelgem, more than 2700 colleagues work. This location hosts a variety of departments, ranging from design with an R&D center with more than 400 employees, to production, service, and training of dealers, to all supporting departments.
At the Antwerp site, around 1000 mainly manufacturing-oriented colleagues work; the site is located in Antwerp-North (port).
The entities in the Netherlands and Luxembourg are smaller and together have around 70 colleagues.
