Work With Us
People who are talented, passionate and open to the world. People who want to work together and achieve common success. People who look for opportunities to leave a mark every day.
For our production site in Antwerp, we are looking for an experienced Technical Manager who can take the technical organisation to the next level. This role combines a strong technical foundation with effective leadership, organisational development and change management.
Responsibilities
As Technical Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the technical support of our assembly operations and lead an organisation of approximately 80 employees (60 blue-collar and 20 white-collar employees).
You will be responsible for:
Maintenance
Manufacturing Engineering
Toolroom
Cuttergrind
Logistical support for indirect materials
Profile and Leadership
The technical complexity of our production environment requires a manager who understands the processes, observes critically and asks the right questions. However, the real success factor lies in the ability to develop people and teams, strengthen collaboration and create a culture of ownership and accountability.
We are not looking for a purely technical specialist, but for a technical leader.
Someone with sufficient technical knowledge to establish credibility with engineers, technicians and operators, but who excels above all at fostering engagement, collaboration and accountability. A manager who provides direction, develops people, makes decisions and mobilises the organisation to achieve ambitious business objectives.
A leader who combines technical expertise with strong people and change management skills and is able to deliver sustainable results through their organisation.
Strategic Impact

The Technical Manager is expected to deliver a measurable impact in three strategic areas: Increasing technical availability Reducing unplanned downtime. Structurally improving cost control. Increasing the effectiveness of available resources. Achieving a cultural change Moving from a predominantly reactive approach to a preventive and predictive maintenance organisation. Strengthening accountability at all levels of the organisation. Developing leadership, collaboration and ownership within the teams.
